Meet The Founder & CEO

Juhi Madaree is the Founder and CEO of The Mindful Type, a proudly South African company dedicated to enabling neuroinclusive workplaces through awareness initiatives and human-centred workplace needs assessments.

She brings nearly a decade of corporate experience in research, analytics, and commercial performance across South Africa and the United Kingdom, including roles at a leading global market research agency and a luxury conglomerate. Her work has involved training internal and external stakeholders and presenting strategic insights to senior and C-suite leadership.

Juhi holds an MSc in Marketing from Edinburgh Business School, is a certified facilitator, and is an OCN Level 4 UK-certified Workplace Needs Assessor.

As a neurodivergent professional with lived experience of Misophonia, Hyperacusis, and AuDHD, Juhi founded The Mindful Type after noticing a lack of awareness regarding neurodiversity and its related accommodations. Today, she helps organisations build awareness, implement equitable adjustments, and ultimately foster neuroinclusive environments where employees can thrive.
